Who works on my account?Upon signing up, you will be assigned a dedicated account manager who will serve as your primary point of contact. They are backed by our awesome team of accountants and bookkeepers who will make sure your bookkeeping is done with maximum accuracy and your reports are delivered on time. Our data analysts then analyze your books to extract insights that you can use to optimize and grow your business. Together, we will serve as an extension of your team, work with you on a regular basis and make sure you have an awesome experience working with us.

What software do you use to perform my bookkeeping?We primarily use Quickbooks Online to perform your bookkeeping. We can either use your existing QBO account or help create a new one with a clean chart of accounts.

Where can you pull data from?We can integrate and pull data from most of the software and tools typically used by e-commerce companies. This includes banks, payment processors, e-commerce platforms, inventory management, expense tracking, payroll and tax software. Your account manager will guide you in every step of the way to make sure all your integrations are healthy and to make sure we are pulling all the data correctly.

My books are a mess. Can you clean it up?Absolutely! If it is a minor cleanup, we usually do it for free. If there is significant amount of work to clean up or catch up, we can do it for an additional charge. After signing up, our team will review your books and discuss your options.
